Who We Are

This site is run by the native web GmbH, a Germany-based company specialized in Event Sourcing, CQRS, Domain-Driven Design, and event-driven architectures.

Founded in 2012, we have been working with clients worldwide for almost two decades – from startups to large enterprises – to design and build distributed systems that are both technically sound and closely aligned with business needs.

Our team combines deep technical expertise with a strong focus on domain modeling, data-driven design, and long-term maintainability.

Consulting

Our consulting services focus on helping teams design, model, and implement event-sourced systems that serve as a foundation for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. Typical areas include:

Workshops

A common format is our two-day "Getting Started with Event Sourcing and AI" workshop, where we:

  1. Explore your domain and identify key events that drive both operations and analytics
  2. Model commands, events, and projections with a view toward AI and machine learning use cases
  3. Build a first prototype that shows how events can be captured, stored, and prepared as input for analytical models

By the end of the workshop, you will have both a shared understanding of event sourcing as a data foundation and a concrete prototype to build upon.

We also offer other formats, for example:

  • Architecture review sessions to assess existing event pipelines and AI readiness
